The Last Day

It's my last day as GOTY 2012.  Sigh.  Well, not really.  Because as I've said, I don't really consider myself to be the GOTY McKenna.  I have a different name and I'm a completely different person, er doll.  Anyways, here's Saige:

I have to admit, I'm jealous of that hair.  LOOK AT IT!!!  So anyways, Saige or "Genevieve Carter Marceaux" will be coming here before May, so I have a little time.

Sorry for a short post.  I'm just a little down if you know what I mean.  Off to the archives I go.

Woe is Me

I feel guilty.  Bad.  Here's something I should have shown you a long time ago:

My sister Kendra!  No, not my twin.  McKenna is still my twin.  She will always be my twin.  This is my sister!  She's 12, I'm 10!  She is a renamed Chrissa doll!  McKenna doesn't know yet!  Her human knows, but not McKenna!

So Kendra is a complete tomboy!  My human said that she has too many girly girls here, so Kendra is a tomboy!  She likes skateboarding, blue, and berets.  Sadly, we only own 1 beret, which is pink, so she has to wear it for now.  Human wants to sew her a blue one soon using a MyFroggyStuff tutorial.

PS: I posted this on my human's account since she didn't want to log out at the moment.  But don't worry, it's still me!  I'll try to post on my account next time.

Saige!

So you've seen those Saige pics, right?  Well my mom is almost 100% sure she's getting her.  It really just depends on the reviews that come out, because we don't know what she looks like with her hair out yet.  But I think we all know she's coming here.  At least us dolls do!  We just don't know when.

Well I have to admit, she's a pretty nice replacement for me.  But once she gets here, I'm so stealing her boots!  She can keep the dress, but I'm so taking those boots!  THEY ARE SO CUTE!!!  Anyway, I think she's admittedly really pretty.  She has red hair, and I mean real red hair, not that thing AG used on Callie that's a poor excuse for red.  More like strawberry blond.  She has aqua eyes.  And freckles!  My mom LOVES her.  I'm just happy that she's not ugly!  I'm guessing my mom will keep her artistic personality  So I'm sure I'LL get to do the intro post!  And I'm going to post pics of her here FIRST, so keep coming for a sneak peak!  AKA before my human's blog!  Yeah, I call her mom sometimes and human most of the time.  Get used to it  That's what Callie would say.

I can't believe the year is almost up.
Soon we'll be welcoming Saige!
My human wants to get her, which I don't like.
Why get the girl who replaced me?
But then again, she didn't replace me.

I'm Kendal Brooks.
I do gymnastics, but I don't have trouble reading.
I have a twin, but not two little twin sisters.
I wear glasses.
I'm 10, not 9.
I don't know any Sierras, Toulanes, or Josies.
I might look like McKenna Brooks, but I'm not.
When I see other McKenna dolls, it's just so weird.
They look just like my twin sister, McKenna.
My human says that other McKenna dolls don't look right to her because she's so used to me with my glasses.
They almost look like a whole different doll.
Well next year is coming soon, and I won't be in the spotlight anymore.
But I'm not McKenna Brooks, Girl of the Year 2012.

Whew!

I just went out and followed a ton of blogs!  It took forever!  And after a while all the blogs made me type in a word twist thingy.  It was rather annoying.  A note to all who have made blog buttons: what do you use?  I've heard of MyBannerMaker, but then you get than annoying thing at the bottom that says "Made with My Banner Maker.com," which I hate!

She's Not Coming

The past week, I've been really sad.  It's because my twin sis McKenna didn't come to visit.  Her friend Lea Annabeth came instead.  It'll be great to see Lea again, but I sorta wish my sis was coming instead.  My human said if we ever visit Germany, I can come to see McKenna.  I'm just going to make sure to give Lea a lot of stuff to give to McKenna when she goes back.  But Evelyn and Kit are really excited because Lea is Kit's big sister and Evelyn's cousin.

My Glasses

Hi guys!  Long time no post!  So here I have the pictures of my glasses modifications that you've been waiting for!  Warning, they are bad quality!

So as you can see, I used some little sticky tabs that I cut in half and stuck on the glasses!  Now they don't fall off even if I stand upside down or anything!

Plus, my sister McKenna could be visiting in a few days!  If she doesn't visit, then one of her friends will.  I'll have to make sure to get her a present.

Glasses Fixed

No, my glasses were never broken, but now they're fixed!  I don't have any pictures because my human's camera is sorta broken or something, but they were always slipping off and made me look like a complete idiot.  But then my human found some little fuzzy sticky things that you put on the bottom of chairs and stuff.  She cut it into little pieces and stuck it onto my glasses!  Now the create friction and prevent my glasses from slipping off!  I still don't wear them when I don't need them because I don't want them to stain my vinyl, but I'm so happy!  I'll try to post pictures soon!

And thanks for following, Priya!  My human needs to do it soon, but she's too lazy.

Welcoming Two New Friends to Oakhollow

First of all, Oakhollow is the name of the doll town that I live in.  In the past couple of weeks, we've welcomed two new dolls!

Here's Olivia Caroline Holland, or Olivia.  She is a renamed Lanie Holland, GOTY 2010.  My human won her from Nora, Maple, and the rest of The Doll Wardrobe Team in the Summer 2012 Doll Giveaway!  Olivia is the most energetic person I know.  She's always bouncing around.  She's also obsessed with belts!  We don't have any real belts, so Olivia just uses our humans old socks cut up into little strips.  She also loves hair clips!

This Calpurnia Cassia St. Clair, or Callie for short.  She is a renamed GOTY 2008 Mia!  My human got her for her birthday!  She is used off eBay.  Callie is really loud and outgoing.  She loves ice skating just like normal Mia dolls.  She told me that she has a sister named Virginia Hazel St. Clair who everyone calls Ginny, but who doesn't like here yet.  Callie is trying to get our human to buy Ginny, who is apparently and MAG 37 doll.  Callie also has a couple other sisters and relatives!  They are Thalia, Julianna, Cassandra, and Vanessa.  I don't know which ones are cousins verses sisters.

I hope you enjoyed getting to know Callie and Olivia, because now you'll get to see them a lot on the blog!  They might even get to do a guest post or two!

Sorry for no posting!  I'm not the best when it comes to posting if you haven't noticed!  Mostly because there are so many dolls here in Oakhollow and just not enough computer time for everyone!  I've been busy lately getting ready for the new doll and adjusting to my glasses.

I LOVE lime green if you haven't noticed!  This is one of my fav outfits, too!  And here's a secret in another language for you to solve:

Try to guess the language and then you can figure out what it says!  My person has only publicly revealed half of this secret.  I don't know why she doesn't want peeps knowing about it.

So if you've read my blogger profile, you probably know that I have a twin named McKenna.  We are almost opposites!  We both do gymnastics, but she is a bit shy while I am really loud and outgoing.  Here is a picture of me and my sis:
